Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on biomedical equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair medical equipment in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation.

The Biomedical Equipment Technician performs preventive, predictive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on a wide variety of biomedical and clinical equipment throughout the hospital.
This position is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and performing electrical safety testing on medical equipment to ensure safe operation, regulatory compliance, and optimal equipment performance. The technician will accurately document all maintenance activities and support departmental initiatives as assigned by leadership.

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical and facilities teams.
