Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems LLC in San Diego, CA seeks a BMD Tactical Operations SME to join the TTGP team. The role focuses on live training, exercise execution, and on-site mentoring during BMDEXs, FST, and LVC events.

Candidate must have 6+ years shipboard BMD watch-team training experience, Aegis BMD Watch Officer qualification, and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance; a U.S. citizen is required. Bachelor\'s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience conducting shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent experience conducting BMD exercises, training or operations.
• Attained Aegis BMD Watch Officer qualification.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Working on-site at TTGP during BMD events (BMDEXs, FST, and LVC events), providing mentorship onboard/pier side during events and classroom instruction for BMD courses held by TTGP.
