Boyne Mountain Resort is hiring a Booting Fitting Technician in the Equipment Rental shop. This entry-level role focuses on selecting and fitting ski and snowboard boots, while keeping boot stock clean and restocked. Perks include access to ski passes and other resort benefits.

Applicants should be ready to work with guests, fit boots, and ensure equipment is returned to proper areas. Training will be provided, with mid-November outreach for December start.

Qualifications

• You must have the physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• You should have a passion for skiing and snow sports.

Overview

The Booting Fitting Technician is an entry level position in the Equipment Rental shop at Boyne Mountain Resort. Working in this role you are responsible for selecting and fitting ski and snowboard boots along with managing the cleaning and restocking processes. We will be reaching out to applicants beginning mid november 2026 for an anticipated start date of December 5th

The Booting Fitting Technician's Typical Job Functions Include

• Greeting guests
• Selecting and fitting ski and snowboard boots
• Following up with guests boot selections
• Returning guests rental equipment to designated areas

Qualifications

This position might be for you if:

• You are at least 16 years old
• You are available to work 1 weekday evening, most weekends and all holidays.
• You are able to lift up to 25 pounds
• You are able to walk around for 4 hours at a time
• Have a passion for the ski industry
