Job summary

Condux International Inc. is seeking an assembler to join the production team in Minnesota. You will assemble and install products per blueprints, operate manual tools, and perform quality checks to ensure fit and function. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate documentation throughout each shift.

The position requires 18+ years old, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina for 8–10 hour days on a multi-shift schedule, with potential overtime to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hours per day, up to 5 days per week.
• Ability to use manual and hand-powered tools, including measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work approved overtime and weekend hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install products in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and written instructions.
• Operate manual and hand-powered tools to complete assigned assembly tasks.
• Perform daily inspections to verify product fit, form, and function meet specifications.
• Maintain equipment and complete basic process and quality checks as required.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance and communicate planned and unplanned absences in accordance with company policy.
• Complete special projects and additional assignments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support safety standards and production efficiency.
