Vaco by Highspring is seeking a BlueCherry Functional Manager/Director to own the CGS BlueCherry ERP platform. This hands-on leadership role drives health, roadmap, enhancements, integrations, and data governance in collaboration with business and technology teams.

The role focuses on stakeholder management across operations, finance, merchandising, warehouse, and technology, delivering tested, well-governed ERP solutions with reliable go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of ERP functional leadership experience.
• Deep hands-on CGS BlueCherry experience across modules including order management, inventory, production, style master, and invoicing.
• Experience managing ERP vendors with project scoping, quotes, and delivery management.
• Strong knowledge of retail EDI, including ANSI X12 850, 810, 856, 940, 945.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the BlueCherry functional strategy, enhancement roadmap, and release planning.
• Own CGS relationship, including project scoping, quotes, support cases, delivery acceptance, and escalations.
• Lead vendor management and project delivery with CGS and internal teams.
• Oversee EDI mappings, partner onboarding, 3PL integrations, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure security, access governance, and post-go-live stabilization.
