Job summary

Accenture in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Senior Blue Yonder WMS Lead to own and drive functional and technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementations.

You will translate client requirements into BY WMS configurations, mentor junior consultants, coordinate with Delivery Leads, and ensure designs are tested and documented. Travel up to 100% may be required.

This role demands deep WMS expertise, hands-on MOCA/SQL/Java and warehousing best practices, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting/implementation experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or owning functional and technical workstreams in a WMS implementation.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on technical and functional BY WMS configuration experience (MOCA/SQL/API/Java).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects.
• Translate client business requirements into BY WMS solution designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure and customize BY WMS components aligned with business and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads to manage workstream timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and review functional and technical specs for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and client team members.
• Support system integration, SIT/UAT testing, and go-live activities.
• Author and review design documentation and procedural guides throughout the project lifecycle.
