Job summary

Ipolarity LLC is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder TMS Functional Consultant to lead transportation management implementations and enhancements in a 100% onsite capacity in Austin, TX. The role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and production support across ERP, WMS, and logistics systems.

Qualified candidates will have hands-on Blue Yonder TMS experience, deep knowledge of transportation planning and execution, and the ability to configure and document end-to-end

Qualifications

• Hands-on Blue Yonder TMS functional experience.
• Strong transportation/logistics domain knowledge.
• Configuration and implementation experience.
• Excellent requirements-gathering skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days onsite and in Austin.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis, configuration, and enhancements of Blue Yonder TMS solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional specs.
• Configure transportation planning, optimization, and shipment execution.
• Support load planning, consolidation, and transportation optimization.
• Coordinate with integration teams on ERP/WMS/TMS interfaces.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide Tier-2/3 functional support and root-cause analysis.
