The West Suburban YMCA in Kentucky is seeking an energetic swim coach to provide direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for swimmers on the team. You will prepare effective practices and build strong relationships with swimmers and families.
Responsibilities include attending practices and meets, maintaining records, following safety procedures, and mentoring Junior Swim Coaches to support youth development and healthy, active communities.
Hourly rate $20.00-$25.00, depending on experience, education and relative skill sets.
Provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for swimmers on swim team.
