Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Security Analyst (Blue Team) to defend our environments and respond to threats across the SOC. You will triage detections, conduct incident response, and work with engineering teams to harden systems against attacks.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree or 2+ years in info security, experience with Linux/Windows/macOS auditing, and familiar with Elastic or Splunk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of information security experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with auditing Linux, Windows, or macOS systems.
• Familiarity with network and host-based collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the SOC by identifying, triaging, and remediating detections and anomalies.
• Provide incident response support from detection through root cause.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to harden and secure systems.
• Contribute to detection capabilities targeting attacker TTPs.
• Enhance endpoint and network visibility and playbooks for protection.
