Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ years old for alcohol purchases.
  • Must be 25+ for rental vehicle eligibility.
  • Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
  • Knowledge of city and surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills.
  • Ability to learn and work within systems such as MS Office and other company software.
  • Team-friendly and professional demeanor, with commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Background check required.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
  • Assist the production team to execute the agreed-upon specific needs and requests of the artists and crew
  • Purchase and deliver various products and materials from local spots
  • Maintain cash and receipts throughout the day
  • Assist in keeping the green room tidy and sanitized
  • Ensure backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
  • Follow company protocol as communicated by venue management
  • All other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Applicable customer service skills working with a diverse set of customers
  • Must be 21 years of age or older for alcohol purchases and must be 25 years of age or older for rental vehicles
  • Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
  • Knowledge of city and surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Performs duties while standing and walking, including ascending and descending stairs
  • Utilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment
  • Lifts up to 50 pounds
  • Crouches, kneels, bends, and reaches frequently
  • Regularly exposed to large crowds and high volumes of noise
  • Regularly exposed to lighting changes including low lit areas, strobe lights, and moving lights
  • Occasionally works in outdoor conditions
  • Requires extended work hours
