Job summary

GW MFA seeks part-time, on-site ALS instructors to support the Emergency Medicine Training Center. Instructors deliver high-quality life-support education, coordinate course logistics, and ensure equipment readiness for all sessions.

Qualifications

• AHA BLS course instructor credentials required.
• Preferred NAEMT PHTLS instructor status.
• Must maintain instructor certifications and DC DOH eligibility.
• Two years of healthcare or pre-hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ALS instruction to students.
• Coordinate courses and manage logistics for sessions.
• Set up, maintain, and store training equipment.
• Assess student progress and document course records.
• Communicate with contracted instructors and staff.
