Job summary

Western Container Corp. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Blow Mold Production Technician to monitor automated equipment, manage materials, inspect parts, and perform quality-focused tasks in a safe, efficient environment.

You will operate production machinery, perform basic maintenance and adjustments, document production data, and support continuous improvement initiatives while upholding OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates production machinery in accordance with specifications.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Understands the processing aspects of equipment, performs quality checks, and reports any defects to shift Leadership and QA.
• Performs bottle testing procedures and enters data into SPC collection center.
• Makes processing adjustments to the machine as needed.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Blow Mold Production Technician monitors automated production equipment, maintains supply of production materials, inspects parts, operates forklift, and various other tasks, all with a major emphasis on quality and safety.
