Oak Farms Dairy is seeking a dedicated operator to run blow molding equipment in a fast-paced production environment in San Antonio, TX. You will monitor lines, perform bagger/debagger tasks, and train teammates to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor conveyor lines and operate bagger/debagger stations.
• Troubleshoot minor blowmold equipment repairs.
• Train others on blowmold operations.
• Maintain communication with departments and document SOPs.
• Analyze process data to improve quality and throughput.
• Suggest process improvements and report safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and health/safety requirements.
• Adhere to DFA GMP and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
