Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. seeks an operator for blow molding to produce containers safely and efficiently. You will monitor lines, operate bagger/debagger stations, and train teammates in blowmold operations.

Responsibilities include documenting per SOPs, analyzing process data to boost quality and throughput, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities while ensuring GMP and health & safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.
• Experience in warehouse, production or general work is beneficial.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines to produce containers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Operate bagger and debagger stations.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs of blowmold equipment.
• Train others on blowmold operations.
• Document information per SOPs and maintain records.
• Analyze process data to improve quality and throughput.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with regulations and GMP.
