Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Repair Technician to tear down and evaluate incoming blowers and compressors, diagnose issues, and perform repairs following Aerzen standards.

You will prepare written repair reports, communicate actions, and travel to customers 10-20% as needed. Requires 1-3 years in mechanical repair, a High School Diploma, welding and forklift certifications, and familiarity with Windows and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1- to 3-years’ experience related to mechanical, rotating equipment and/or engineer repair.
• High School Diploma (GED) required.
• Welding Certification and Forklift Certification.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time to customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and evaluate incoming equipment to assess damage and root cause.
• Perform repairs and rebuilds of blowers and compressors safely and accurately.
• Read diagrams and checklists to document repair actions and materials used.
• Prepare written repair reports detailing cause, actions taken, and condition of equipment.
• Communicate repair actions and outcomes to customers and internal teams.
