Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to adhere to HACCP and safety protocols
• Strong attention to quality and process documentation

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot blow molding equipment to produce bottles for Weis Markets products.
• Receive, unload, and perform quality assurance testing on plastic resin used in bottle production.
• Develop working knowledge of the debagging operation to ensure proper production procedures.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Participate and maintain compliance with HACCP plan and quality control programs.
• Maintain commitment to food safety and food quality in compliance with Weis Markets, DEP, PDA, FDA, and SQF.
