Responsibilities

Operate blow mold/extrusion machine while maintaining bottle quality per GMPs.
Maintain proper weights, quantity ordered, leak checks and bottle wall thickness.
Maintain flow of bottles to filler to prevent downtime or reduced filler efficiency.
Have working knowledge of blow mold to support maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assist maintenance to fix problems and reduce downtime.
Write work orders when repairs cannot be made while equipment is running.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Engage in continuous improvement and align with CI mindset.
