Maintenance Mechanic

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with others in a positive and constructive manner
• Monitor operations
• Set up machines to approved processing parameters
• Resolve daily production and technical processing issues
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes
• Assist in training team members
• Ensure products manufactured meet or exceed all quality requirements
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, enforcing standards, policies and procedures
• Follow all safety procedures and policies

Work Shift and Availability

Work shift will depend upon need. Availability for overtime and weekend work may be required.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years processing experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• 4+ years related experience
• Completion of apprentice or other training program
