Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company is seeking a Blow Molding and Labeling Operator to run blow molding machines and in-line labeling equipment in our Birmingham, AL facility. You will set up equipment, monitor production quality, and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires good mechanical aptitude, ability to read instructions, and adherence to GMP and safety standards. Regular 12-hour shifts and a non-exempt status apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in blow molding, labeling, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding equipment to produce plastic containers; monitor quality.
• Set up machines for production runs, including mold changes and material adjustments.
• Operate labeling equipment and ensure correct label placement and adhesion.
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and visual checks; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain safety and GMP standards; document production logs and reports.
