Performance Fluid Experts Group is seeking a Blow Mold Operator I to learn and support basic production tasks in a manufacturing setting. You will review shift needs with supervision, assist in blender calibration, and ensure safe, efficient machine operation while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or technical training preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, or related environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with developing troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, production schedules, labels, specifications, or technical documents.
• Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work assigned shift, overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Review shift requirements with Team Lead or Supervisor and process leftover regrind.
• Observe and learn blender calibration process.
• Assist in safe, efficient blow molding machine operation.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and continuous machine operation.
• Report production delays, risks, or issues.
• Monitor bottle quality to QA standards.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments as directed.
• Monitor supplies of resins, colorant, and labels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
