Qualifications

• 1 year's experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1 year's experience working with hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Maintains a safe, compliant work environment per Walmart policies.
• Demonstrates advanced production techniques in assigned area.
• Ensures products meet quality standards and company specs.
• Manages inventory: receiving, stocking, and ordering materials.
• Follows recipes and preparation instructions to meet quality standards.
• Manages time for efficient, accurate completion of tasks and customer orders.
• Leads by example, guiding and supporting other associates.
• Maintains records and reports: production, inventory, and performance.
