Job summary

TrafFix Devices is seeking a Blow Mold Associate to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves removing finished products from molds, trimming excess plastic, weighing parts regularly, and assisting with color and material change procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliable attendance, strong communication, and strict adherence to safety guidelines while working with blow mold equipment and packaging

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication to work with team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures when operating equipment.
• Follow established procedures while performing tasks with tools.
• Reliability, punctuality, and task completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates blow mold machines.
• Removes and cleans excess material from product.
• Inspects product for quality control.
• Weighs parts every 15 minutes or as directed.
• Assists with material, color and product change procedures.
• Prepares boxes to package finished product, labels and tapes boxes.
• Identifies and reports quality or safety issues.
• Assist in training new blow mold associates.
