Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy, a DFA farmer-owned brand, is seeking Blow Mold Operators to maintain, set up and troubleshoot blow molded equipment while meeting daily deadlines and GMP. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Operate bagger and debagger stations.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs of blowmold equipment.
• Train others on blowmold operations.
• Document information per SOPs and communicate across departments.
• Analyze process and equipment data to improve quality and throughput.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations.
