Meadow Gold Dairy in Englewood, CO is seeking a Blow Mold Operator to monitor and operate blow mold equipment, maintain lines, and train teammates. This role emphasizes GMP adherence, quality monitoring, and open cross-department communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and wet environment.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Operate bagger and debagger stations.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blowmold equipment.
• Train others on blowmold operations.
• Document information per SOPs and communicate with departments.
• Analyze process data to improve quality and throughput.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using continuous improvement mindset.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations.

Job description

Meadow Gold Dairy has immediate job openings for well-versed Blow Mold Operatorsto perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. Machine operators will be responsible for processing finished or raw materials, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles
• Operate bagger and debagger stations
• Troubleshoot and implement minor repairs of blowmold equipment
• Train others on blowmold operations
• Maintain open communication with other departments, management, and employees to notify of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict efficiency
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s
• Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot
• Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment
• May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
