Job summary

Garelick Farms, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a Blow Mold Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in Franklin, MA. The role includes operating blow molding machines, monitoring lines, and training teammates. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered for external candidates and pay starts at $20.00/hr with a $1.50/hr shift differential.

The position emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, data logging, and continuous improvement as you support high-quality container production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines to produce containers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles; operate bagger and debagger stations.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow mold equipment; train others on operations.
