Job summary

Altium Packaging is hiring a Machine Operator in Argos, IN to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, grinders, and conveyors. You will troubleshoot process issues, perform minor maintenance, and ensure adherence to GMPs on the line.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, maintaining quality, producing bottles to spec, and documenting production reports. The role requires basic math and computer skills, with a high school diploma preferred; training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Performs minor maintenance and troubleshooting to keep lines running smoothly.
• Follows GMPs and safety policies, uses required PPE, and maintains clean work areas.
• Documents daily production reports, line efficiencies, rejects, and regrinds.
