Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Blow Mold Machine Operator for our Racine, WI facility. This full-time role operates a blow molding machine on 2nd shift (2:30PM - 11PM) and includes assisting maintenance with color and tooling changes, plus minor adjustments while the line runs.

The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating experience, be able to lift 50 pounds, and work with attention to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating blow molding or similar equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual handling.
• Willingness to assist maintenance tasks and adjust machine controls as needed.

Responsibilities

• Trim excess material from molded product.
• Regrind excess material for reuse using grinding machine.
• Lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Weigh finished pieces to verify machine accuracy.
• Make adjustments to machine controls to correct operation.
• Assemble product with metal components inserted into plastic parts.
• Hand-feed metal components to punch machinery.
• Pack boxes of finished parts and adhere to safety codes.
