Job summary

KIK Consumer Products Inc. is seeking a Blow Mold Operator on 2nd shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am) to operate and optimize blow-molding equipment and produce high-quality containers.

Responsibilities include startup from cold, changeovers, quality checks, troubleshooting, and maintaining logs with maintenance and production teams. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year blow molding experience, and ability to read and follow instructions. Weekend/overtime flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating blow molding or injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including following written and verbal work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot blow molding machines to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Start up equipment from cold conditions through full production, ensuring containers meet all quality specifications.
• Access and interpret PLC programming, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
• Perform daily equipment setups and bottle size changeovers across assigned lines.
• Maintain production and quality records and keep work area clean and safe.
