Daniels Health in Racine, WI is seeking a Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate blow molding equipment, assist with machine setups, color changes, and basic adjustments while ensuring quality products during each production run.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and safety, with a 2nd shift from 2:30PM to 11PM and a 40-hour work week in a non-seasonal, essential healthcare-related operation.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands-on, physically active role experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing equipment.
• Dependable attendance and safety commitment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• History of reliability and longevity in positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to meet specifications.
• Trim excess material from molded products.
• Regrind scraps for reuse in production.
• Assist with color changes and tooling changeovers.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor performance.
• Weigh finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Assemble products inserting metal components into plastic parts.
• Safely hand-feed metal components into equipment.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Follow safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
