Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Allentown, PA plant. The role involves performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on blow mold and related equipment on 3rd shift (11:15pm–7:30am, Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities include maintaining GMP compliance, welding and fabricating as needed, and coordinating with other departments. A forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is essential.
• Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment.
• Inspect, replace hoses, valves, and pumps; service pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair mechanical components as needed.
• Troubleshoot root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Follow GMPs and safety standards; communicate with other departments.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines; overtime may be required.
