Altium Packaging is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery at the Hebron, KY plant. You will work with blow mold equipment, tooling changes, and maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and coordinating with other departments. The role requires basic math, pneumatics knowledge, and OSHA forklift certification, with overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety focus.
• Willingness to follow GMP and plant procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold equipment and related tooling.
• Change molds, neck tooling, pins and other tooling as needed.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves and pumps and rebuild components.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow mold, baggers and support equipment.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines when required.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and document maintenance activities.
