Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for its Franklin, MA facility. You will operate blow-mold, PET and injection molding machinery to produce high-quality bottles while following GMP and safety policies. The role involves troubleshooting production issues and performing basic maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include quality checks, daily production reporting, and moving finished goods. Overtime may be required based on business needs and plant demand.

• Basic mathematical skills are required.

• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to keep lines running.
• Follow GMP and safety policies at all times.
• Prepare daily production reports including line performance and rejects.
• Conduct quality checks and bottle inspections during production.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
