Job summary

Altium Packaging in Hebron, KY is seeking a motivated Production/Machine Operator for the blow-mold line. You will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding equipment, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and completion of our Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire. Overtime may be required, with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and document production activities.
• Monitor quality, perform inspections and audits, and escalate issues promptly.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
