Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for the Sherman, TX plant. The role operates blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and related equipment to produce quality bottles, with focus on safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will perform inspections, document production metrics, and support maintenance tasks while following established policies and guidelines. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks during production, packaging and labeling.
• Prepare and document daily production reports, including rejects and line efficiencies.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
