Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to keep store displays vibrant and inviting across our territory. You’ll visit each location to arrange, stock, and maintain fresh flowers, contributing to an exceptional shopper experience.

Shifts run in the mornings with a schedule of Mon, Wed and Fri 7:00 AM–10:00 AM and Sat 7:00 AM–8:30 AM. Candidates must be 18+, have reliable transportation, can read/write English, and use a smartphone for reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
