Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to keep attractive, fresh displays in assigned stores and brighten shoppers' day with colorful arrangements.

You'll restock and monitor inventory, report via mobile device, and work the Mon/Wed/Fri 7:00am–4:00pm and Sat 7:00am–10:00am schedule; pay is $16.00 per hour, with peak-season duties from November through May and benefits eligibility for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Participate in seasonal display resets and special activities as needed.
