Carter BloodCare seeks a Hospital Service Representative for the Bedford, TX area. This full-time role covers a night shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) in Distribution - Hospital Services.

You will handle distribution, ensure transaction accuracy, and support safe delivery of blood products across the service region. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months+ driving in the Dallas–Fort Worth area preferred.
• Experience with computers, printers and cellular phones.
• Ability to learn blood banking software and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution functions during the shift.
• Ensure accuracy in unit transactions and compliance with regulations governing blood products.
• Drive and deliver blood products across the service region, with up to 11 hours daily.
• Maintain professional appearance and strong customer service while on duty.
