Job summary

Versiti is seeking a responsible team member to prepare quality biological blood components in line with SOPs and regulatory standards. You will participate in manufacturing RBCs, plasma products, and neonatal RBCs, ensuring proper storage and labeling.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read and follow procedures, and flexibility to work weekend or on-call shifts as needed. Comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–6 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read, interpret, and write documents.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures Red Blood Cells (RBCs), Fresh Frozen Plasma and Plasma products.
• Manufactures Neonatal RBCs and prepares specialized products.
• Performs leukoreduction and quality checks.
• Labels products to meet regulatory and inventory requirements.
• Maintains storage and handling procedures and equipment checks.
• Works weekends, holidays and on-call as needed.
