Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Client Delivery Representative to support hospital clients with timely blood product deliveries in Davenport, IA. This part-time role covers Monday and Tuesday 3 PM–11 PM and Saturday 11 AM–7 PM, with potential for additional shifts as needed.

You will verify orders, load vehicles, drive safely, and interact professionally with customers. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Physical ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles.
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner.
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers.

Job description

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life-saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

This is a Part Time (20+) position working Monday & Tuesday 15:00 - 23:00 (3PM-11P,) & Saturday 11:00-19:00 (11am - 7pm).

Client Delivery Responsibilities include:

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers

What does it take to change the world?

• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles
• Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time and maintaining reoccurring physical exertion, such as reaching, bending, walking, and pushing
• Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds
