ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist-CDL Driver in Earth City, MO. The role combines donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy with driving responsibilities for blood center vehicles and transporting supplies.

This Full Time position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, plus the ability to train away from home. A strong benefits package is offered to support you and your family.

Qualifications

Customer service experience required.
Ability to interact with the public.
Stable work history preferred.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
Willingness to train away from home up to two weeks.
Comfort driving larger vehicles (box-trucks, truck/trailer, buses).
Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
Hold or obtain CDL B+ with airbrake endorsements; insurable by company.
Hold or obtain DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy; provide donor care during donation.
Drive blood center vehicles and transport supplies and team.

Job description

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, the Collection Specialist-CDL Driver is responsible for conducting donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as providing donor care during the donation process. The CDL Driver is also responsible for driving blood center vehicles (i.e. box trucks, truck and trailer combos, and buses), transporting blood drive supplies and the Donor Services team, the set-up and tear down of the collection operation, and restocking of supplies.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Possess a valid CDL B (or above) with airbrake endorsements and be insurable by our insurance carrier
Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
