Under the phlebotomy supervisor, you will perform venipuncture, maintain accuracy, and collaborate with health-system staff to meet patient needs. A high school diploma and a fingerprint clearance card are required, along with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card and apply within 7 days of hire; card must be present within 90 days.
• Must demonstrate venipuncture proficiency and strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens for laboratory testing and provide direct patient care.
• Work under the supervision of the phlebotomy supervisor and collaborate with health system staff.
