Training is provided, and no prior medical experience is required beyond the stated qualifications. The position is on-site with a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

You will work with a team to collect lifesaving donations, ensure donor safety, and follow regulatory requirements while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the blood collection process and transport/setup equipment at collection sites.
• Create a welcoming environment for volunteer donors and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup and teardown at donation sites.
