Qualifications

• One year of strong customer service work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Screen and take vital signs of potential donors and assess eligibility.
• Answer donor questions to ensure informed consent and testing.
• Perform donor identification and label blood components for collection and testing.
• Perform whole-blood collection procedures and monitor donors.
• Seal blood units and prepare shipments, while following safety standards.
• Document and perform quality controls per FDA standards.
