Qualifications

• Requires be capable of high-level technical knowledge in the lab and apply it to testing and problem solving.
• Demonstrates competency in supervision, training, and coaching of staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of MLT/MLS with high competency and lead workflow on shift.
• Oversee quality control processes and ensure records meet accrediting standards.
• Assist in cost analysis and financial performance improvements for the department.
• Provide staff training, orientation, and competency assessments.
• Act as liaison for system issues and coordinate with management on-site.
