Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Sciences required.

• ASCP Certified Medical Technologist (MLT/MT/MLA/Histologists) required
• BB(ASCP) preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop QA systems to ensure performance and address deviations.
• Assign, monitor, and supervise work to ensure SOP compliance across the lab.
• Prepare for regulatory reviews and inspections (Joint Commission, FACT).
• Oversee safety training and ensure health and patient data protection.
