Job description

We are seeking aBlockchain Web3 Engineer with hands‑on experience in smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure. The role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts and Web3 components, as well as managing blockchain nodes and related infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals: transactions, blocks, gas/fees, wallets/keys, RPC, finality, and consensus basics.
• Hands‑on experience with smart contracts (Solidity preferred) and development tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Remix).
• Experience with EVM‑based chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, BSC) or enterprise chains (Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Quorum).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts and Web3 backend components.
• Manage contract deployment pipelines (ABI/versioning, migrations, upgrades) and implement secure patterns.
• Deploy, configure, and operate blockchain nodes (full, archival, validator) and supporting infrastructure.
• Implement tooling for node monitoring, RPC performance, logging, and alerting.
• Handle blockchain reliability concerns: re‑orgs, finality, peer connectivity, RPC failover, and rate limiting.
