Fun is seeking an L2 Support Associate to handle technically deep support cases related to blockchain and fintech infrastructure at our Midtown NYC headquarters. You will trace transactions, verify wallet data, and resolve issues requiring precision and judgment.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with blockchain data, collaboration with the support team, and fitting into defined approval processes while delivering meticulous investigations and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical, support, or operations role.
• Comfortable navigating blockchain explorers (e.g. Etherscan, Solscan) and reading on-chain transaction data.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented; investigation trails must hold up to scrutiny.
• Strong written communication for documenting investigations clearly and consistently.
• Comfortable working within defined approval frameworks rather than making unilateral calls on consequential cases.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex support cases end-to-end across chains and verify account details.
• Build clean, auditable case files for consistent review and decisions.
• Use on-chain explorers, internal tools, and blockchain data to understand what happened in a case.
• Flag recurring issues or policy gaps to improve processes and policy level fixes.
