Job summary

Source Group International is seeking an experienced Blockchain Full-Stack Technical Lead to design, develop and deliver blockchain-based applications. This role blends Solidity development with backend and frontend work, cloud technologies and team leadership.

You will contribute to platform architecture, smart contracts, integration and secure, scalable solutions, mentoring developers and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on blockchain development experience, with a focus on Solidity and Ethereum smart contracts.
• Strong understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, including EVM, smart contract security and development tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, ethers.js or web3.js.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices and blockchain transaction workflows.
• Working knowledge of ReactJS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience in technical architecture, code reviews, mentoring and leading developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize smart contracts using Solidity within the Ethereum ecosystem.
• Apply smart contract security best practices and understand upgradeable contract designs.
• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design REST APIs and manage blockchain transaction workflows and event processing.
• Work with ReactJS applications and contribute to frontend development where required.
• Support cloud deployments and operations using Microsoft Azure.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring, logging and database management.
• Participate in platform architecture, technical design and change requests.
• Lead and mentor full-stack developers, conduct code reviews and support Agile delivery.
• Coordinate with UX, QA, business analysis, infrastructure and other stakeholders.
