Job summary

CertiK is seeking a Project Manager to lead security engagements, coordinating timelines, client communications, and cross-functional teams from kickoff through final reporting. You will manage multiple projects across time zones, ensuring high standards and a smooth client experience.

You will liaise with security engineers, sales, and internal teams, track progress, and remediate issues to deliver on-time, high-quality engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, with blockchain context is ideal.
• Strong understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security concepts, and ability to discuss technical issues with engineers and clients.
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating work across distributed teams in multiple time zones.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements from kickoff to final report.
• Maintain project docs, track timelines, and manage client communications.
• Coordinate with security engineers, sales, and internal teams on requirements and handoffs.
• Identify risks and drive timely resolution to improve delivery processes.
• Lead client meetings such as kickoff calls and report reviews, and support remediation discussions.
