Job summary

CertiK is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead security engagements from kickoff to final report. You will coordinate with clients, security engineers, sales, and internal teams across multiple engagements to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong project management discipline, deep blockchain security understanding, and the ability to manage several projects concurrently with distributed teams worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate full lifecycle of security engagements: kickoff, planning, milestones, report delivery, closure.
• Coordinate with security engineers, sales, and internal teams for project requirements and smooth handoffs.
• Identify and elevate risks, follow through to resolution, and refine delivery processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in blockchain industry.
• Solid understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security, and penetration testing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across distributed teams.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in cybersecurity consulting or assessment delivery.
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystem including major blockchains and DeFi protocols.
• Experience with institutional clients and proficiency in additional languages like Mandarin or Spanish.
